1. Payment: Credit Card or Net 30 Days on approved credit. A deposit will be required on all orders above $10,000.
2. Please note that lead times and estimated ship dates are subject to change without notice.
3. Freight: All shipments are preferred to be sent collect or 3rd party unless otherwise requested. Consignee is responsible for filing any freight damage claims time of receipt.
4. The minimum order is $150.
5. Quotation is valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
6. Pricing is for equipment only. Any installation and/or interconnect is by others.
7. Equipment startup does not include any installation or interconnect. If such is required at time of startup, delay and additional startup costs will result.
8. Flue Vent: This quote is to the best of our ability based on the information provided. All dimensions should be field verified prior to ordering the vent system. Note: All items from Selkirk/Heatfab are non-returnable and/or non-refundable.
